Camp Overview
Trackers Earth Portland offers award-winning day and overnight summer camps focused on outdoor adventures and skill-building for kids in grades PK-12. The programs aim to foster independence, competency, and a connection with nature, encouraging children to explore their potential and develop resilience. Campers gain confidence and connect with friends while engaging in a wide range of hands-on activities, including archery, wilderness survival, farming, fishing, boating, rock climbing, role-playing games, blacksmithing, leadership training, and expedition travel. Beyond the summer season, Trackers Earth supports families year-round with PPS early release and no-school day camps, holiday break camps for November, winter, and spring, as well as Leader-in-Training programs. During the academic year, they also provide comprehensive educational options like Forest Preschool, after-school programs, weekend apprenticeships, Friday Outdoor School, and Trackers Homeschool.

Trackers Earth is a team of expert educators and a community of compassionate individuals who believe kids (and adults) should have real adventures in the natural world. As a family organization, they value instilling care and respect for the natural world and the community they serve. Trackers' mission is to inspire kids and families outdoors, creating stories and memories – new friendships, wonder, and possibilities – within ourselves, between each other, and with the world around us. They have also helped to lead the way in standards of risk management for outdoor camps and programs.
